What is an autostereogram?
A patterned image that hides a 3D shape. When you relax your focus, your eyes combine the repeating pattern into depth and the hidden image appears.
Do I need glasses or special equipment?
No. Just your eyes and a little patience. See our How to View guide.
What if I can't see it?
Give it time. Stand close, relax your gaze as if looking through the print, and step back slowly. Try again in different light or on another day. You can also use the optional tap to reveal on each product page to see what is hidden.
Sizes and framing
What sizes are available?
Available sizes are listed on each product page, from 8×10 in up to 24×36 in.
Framed or unframed?
Both. Framed prints arrive ready to hang. Unframed prints let you choose your own frame. Frames are offered in black, white and red oak, with a clear protective front.
Which size works best for viewing?
Larger prints are often easier to view, since the repeating pattern is bigger. For a first piece, we suggest 16×20 in or larger.
Materials
What are the prints made of?
Each print is made to order on museum-grade matte paper. The matte finish keeps glare low, which helps with viewing. The paper is a heavyweight, enhanced matte stock of about 189 gsm.
Is the art original?
Yes. Every piece is original art made in-house. We do not use trademarked characters or brands.
Shipping
How long until my order ships?
Every print is made to order. Most orders are printed within 2–5 business days, then shipped. Framed pieces may take a little longer.
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes. Every order ships with tracked delivery. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout, and orders over CA$75 ship free within Canada. See our Shipping page.
Returns
What if my print arrives damaged?
Contact us within 30 days of delivery with a photo, and we will send a replacement or a refund. See Returns & Replacements.
Can I return a print I no longer want?
Because each piece is made to order, we can only accept returns for items that arrive damaged, defective or misprinted. This includes custom pieces.
Gifting
Do prints make good gifts?
Yes. A hidden image is a gift that keeps something back for the moment it is discovered.
Can I send it directly to someone else?
Yes. Enter their address at checkout. Packing slips do not show prices. We do not currently include printed gift messages.
